VIDEO - Face Yoga Morning Stretch by "Yoga Face Selfie"


Yoga Face: it’s yoga, fo’your Face - #YogaFaceSelfie

This is a quick (under 15 second) morning exercise. I call it the asymmetrical face stretch. Start with one eyebrow and then bring the other up to match it. Then bring them down and repeat as many times as feels comfortable for you. You can also open your mouth wide during the stretch - but only if it feels comfortable to your practice.
