The Popeye Pose. The true art to this pose is being able to isolate and control the muscles in each cheek individually. The cheek with the pipe (or paint brush, or pencil, or whatever you have on hand) must be relaxed while the lips and teeth hold the pipe in place. The opposite cheek must be constructed into a smile while also resisting the force of the air being used to puff out the opposing cheek. Then you h ave to isolate the eye muscles so that the eye on the puffed cheek side is stretched as wide as it can go while the opposite eye is squinting. Trudeau Cardboard Cut-out Selfies Budget Slashed by Bureaucratic Bores

Just when a Canadian Prime Minister was hip and cool to hang out with at parties (even in cardboard form!) meddlesome bureaucrats step in to put a stop to fun.
